what i've been up to lately!

Hey friend!

I haven't been working much the past couple months so I wanted to share an update in case you're wondering where I've been! My kids are off from school for the summer and we are enjoying the time we have to spend with them. It feels really nice to be present without the pressure to share it on social media. (In case you missed it, I deleted Instagram & Facebook 6 months ago and it was the best decision ever.) Now I'm just living in the moment instead of thinking about how it can be captured.

While I take this time to relax, my YouTube videos are still working for me & bringing in affiliate sales (woo hoo) so that's a huge blessing. During the summer I've made $1600+ in affiliate income. I'm so grateful!

Best,

Sonia

P.S. Please hit reply & share what you've been up to this summer! I'd love to hear about it!

Thanks for your support over the years. I am planning to shift into content that better reflects my current life -- home education, minimalism, simple living,...

Hey friend! Did you know that after closing my tutoring business for 5 years, I reopened last October? I got my first new tutoring client almost immediately, and worked with them through December. They stopped after that to prioritize other things, but I can look back and say I was able to support that family through a difficult situation. Even if it was short-term, I am grateful for that! I know most tutors would want to stay with their students as long as possible, but I came to the...

Hey friend! I've got big news for you. My son is in kindergarten now, and we've made the big decision to move to a hybrid homeschooling model. This means he'll be in school 2 days a week and learn at home the rest of the days! It was important to us to make sure that I could get a break from homeschooling AND my son could have an opportunity to spend time with other kids. We're excited to see how this new setup goes! As my fellow homeschool/biz bestie Ashley DiMercurio said, "nothing is...
